Technical Support Engineer

Who You Are: Moxe is searching for a Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team!

You thrive on digging deep into technical issues and forging new processes to improve application supportability. You enjoy engaging with challenging problems, collaborating on improvements to team tools and documentation, troubleshooting customer issues, and above all, making customer’s happiness a top priority.

What You’ll Do:

Technical Support Engineers work deep in the guts of the Moxe system, ensuring customers have a world-class experience. As you roll up your sleeves to keep everything running smoothly, you’ll also collaborate within the Support team and work on projects you find engaging. Your day will be a mix of monitoring, troubleshooting, scripting, and weighing in on questions from customers, Engineering, and others on the Customer team.

Ensure Moxe’s applications run smoothly by:

  • Providing exceptional customer support by taking ownership of customer related issues and see problems through to resolution
  • Identifying, triaging, and remedying application issues, and engineering the processes used to do so
  • Responding to alerts and tickets, plus designing and improving the application monitoring processes and systems
  • Building tools collaboratively to automate away the team’s work
  • Working with Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to enhance product functionality and reliability

What You’ll Bring:

  • 1 – 4 years of experience in a Technical Support, Systems Engineering, Application Engineering, or DevOps role supporting a SaaS or large database application
  • Familiar with SQL and experience in a scripting language, ideally Python
  • Experience working in healthcare technology and familiar with data privacy rules
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Fast learner who thrives on digging into difficult and complex problems
