Director of Product – ROI

Job Summary:

The Director of Product, ROI  will be responsible for building the future of Moxe’s Release of Information product portfolio by working with Moxe’s ROI service team and across other parts of the organization to strategize, build, and deliver the right solutions and features for our customers.  Your work will include working to help provide the most efficient and effective ROI service to our customers by developing products, and implementing off-the-shelf tools.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness of Moxe’s ROI team through product development, operational improvements and use of the commercial off the shelf tools
• oversee every step of the product lifecycle, including ideation, planning, strategy, roadmap, development and distribution
• Improve product market position by creating and maintaining competitive landscape and gap analysis, regularly conducting market and vendor research, and cultivating product enhancement idea backlog
• Develop and implement a long term product strategy tied to customer needs and company vision and business objectives. 
• Plan for and anticipate long term team growth, proactively hiring and scaling the product team, and supporting professional development of direct reports through excellent management and coaching.

 

Required Skills/Abilities: 

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Lucidchart
• Experience managing a complex product or multiple products within a group/portfolio
• Demonstrated experience leading development of products from inception to delivery
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally with internal partners and external stakeholders (clients, consultants, regulators) 
• Strong analytical skills and a bias toward action

 

Education and Experience:

• 5+ years of digital product management or technical project management experience
• Prior Healthcare Experience, working knowledge of the Release of Information market, operations, and market
• Bachelors degree

• Occasional travel for meetings or company wide events
