Healthcare administration shouldn’t consume more resources than patient care itself. Yet, across the industry, we see talented clinicians spending countless hours on paperwork, insurance claims, and coordination tasks that pull them away from what matters most—their patients.
In October, our entire Moxe team came together for our All Hands Meeting to celebrate the progress we’ve made and chart our course forward. Our sessions reinforced three critical insights that will shape our approach to streamlined clinical data exchange and interoperability in 2026 and beyond. These learnings not only validate our mission, but also illuminate the path toward more efficient, patient-centered care delivery.
Healthcare organizations are actively seeking partners who understand their operational challenges and can deliver practical solutions.
On the provider side, health systems need request status to be more transparent. They want to know when and why requests aren’t getting delivered so they can rectify failed requests in a timely manner. Without transparent reporting in place, it can be a heavy manual lift to see the reason behind failed requests.
We heard from HIM leaders—the stewards of patient data—about the importance of data governance. Moxe is more driven than ever to provide transparency around the data we are sharing so that all stakeholders can feel confident in what is being shared, with whom and that minimum necessary data guidelines are being strictly adhered to.
As these stakeholders evaluate solutions that can make a meaningful impact, there is a tremendous opportunity to streamline clinical data exchange. When we eliminate administrative friction, we free clinicians to focus on delivering better patient care. The downstream effects include improved job satisfaction, better patient relationships, and more sustainable care delivery models.
Stakeholders recognize that technology investments must address the root causes of operational inefficiency, not just add new capabilities.
All Hands 2025 reinforced our belief that technology should serve healthcare professionals, not complicate their work. The administrative waste plaguing our healthcare system isn’t inevitable—it’s a solvable problem that requires thoughtful solutions and committed partnerships.
As we look ahead to 2026, we’re energized by the opportunity to expand our impact across more healthcare organizations. The automated continuity of care features represent just the beginning of our comprehensive approach to administrative optimization.
Healthcare deserves systems that support both providers and patients. By focusing on practical solutions that address real operational challenges, we can create lasting positive change throughout the industry. The insights from All Hands 2025 will guide us as we continue working toward a healthcare system that prioritizes care over paperwork.
