SOC2 and HIPAA Compliance:
Moxe is committed to following industry best practices when it comes to protecting your data. Moxe is audited annually with an SSAE 16 SOC 2 Type 2 Report that also includes a review of its practices as it relates to the HIPAA Security Rule
Data Encryption:
Moxe encrypts PHI and PII at rest and in transit, using encryption standards including AES-256 and TLS 1.2.
Authentication:
We require MFA for users authenticating with individual account to Moxe portals and applications to protect sensitive data. Our Request delivery portal requires Dynamic Knowledge Based Authentication to validate knowledge of the requests before allowing download.
